Just in time for the family gatherings, EmpaCurious announces gluten-free, Artisanal Ravioli as part of our growing gluten-free line.  We've been working on this for a long time, and we think we have the recipe just right.

Our first stuffed pasta offerings include: Chicken Liver Marsala Pattee, Ginger-Duck, and four vegetarian options: Eggplant Ricotta Moose, Pumpkin Cheese, Spinach Tango, and Eggplant Parmesan - all paired with a signature sauce creation.

In addition to the stuffed pasta, we have lots of gluten-free foods that don't taste like they are. We have Chipas, our famous stuffed Brazilian Cheese Breads, Baked Garlic-Parmesan Yucca, Black Bean Chorizo Chili, Pumpkin Cream Bisque, and both Spiced Quinoa and Brown & Wild Rice Pilaf Bowls with an amazing selection of proteins options including - Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Duck and Crab.
